I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room was spotlessly clean, quiet, and comfortable, allowing me to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The breakfast served at the hotel lobby was absolutely amazing. The wide variety of delicious local delicacies made for a truly memorable dining experience. Additionally, the hotel's central location in the heart of Spreewald made it easy for me to explore the city's attractions and immerse myself in its vibrant culture.

The hotel's location in the heart of Spreewald gave us easy access to various attractions. Our room had a nice view of the surrounding area, but the bathroom was cramped and not very modern. Service was mostly friendly, but we did encounter some issues with the AC that were never fully resolved. Breakfast had a decent selection, but nothing particularly impressive.
We did have some concerns with the cleanliness of our room and certain facilities.

The staff at this hotel were amazing, always cheerful and professional. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of dishes to choose from. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the local area, with many key attractions within walking distance.
Our room had a slight issue with the air conditioning, which made continuous loud noises throughout the night. We informed the staff and while they were aware of the problem, it wasn't immediately resolved.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the centre of Spreewald. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city centre and close to transportation. The cleanliness of the room was impressive and made my stay comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast time. Speaking of which, the breakfast was amazing with a wide selection of delicious options.

The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of local delicacies. the room was spacious, cozy, and spotlessly clean, with top-quality bedding. Key location facts are: the ground-floor restaurant was very comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional.
I wish I had known before that the room had no elevator, as we were traveling with a pram.
